Chocolate Fondue

I found this recipe online a few years ago and we have it every
New Year's Eve. YUM!

24 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp fruit flavored liqueur (optional)
dippers of choice (fruit, cookies, marshmallows, pretzels, pound cake, etc)

Place first 5 ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 min. Stir well. Cook 1 more hour on LOW. Keep slow cooker on WARM while enjoying. Use skewers or small tongs to dip dippers into chocolate.
