1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs
salt and pepper
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
- Preheat oven to 450ºF .
- Combine mustard, syrup, vinegar and garlic in a mixing bowl. Pour over chicken, turning the thighs in the mixture so they are fully coated.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
