Ingredients
6 oz uncooked Penne
1 lb chicken breasts, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 lb chicken breasts, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cups fat free 1/2 & 1/2
8 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese
8 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese
1 head (or 1 bag frozen) broccoli, barely steamed
Directions
Servings 8.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large casserole, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- Bake with cover or foil on for 40-50 minutes.
- Remove cover; bake 15-20 minutes longer.
- Serve immediately.
