Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

1 can chocolate fudge creamy frosting
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour

  1. Heat oven to 375F. 
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Reserve 1/3 cup frosting. 
  3. In large bowl combine remaining frosting, peanut butter and egg and blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. 
  4. By hand, stir in flour. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Flatten each to 2 inch diameter with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. 
  5. Bake at 375F for 4-7 minutes or until set. Lightly frost with reserved frosting.

Yield: 4 dozen cookies

Cook's Tip: I like to sprinkle colored sprinkles or mini M&Ms on top while the frosting is still wet.
